When You Can Terminate
Most rental contracts allow you to terminate at the end of the agreed rental period. Some contracts may have minimum rental durations. Please review your rental agreement for specific conditions.
How to Terminate
- Online: Log into your account and select “End Rental” for your locker contract.
- By Phone or Email: Contact customer support with your rental ID and termination request.
- In Person: Visit our rental location and request contract termination.
Deposit and Refunds
If you paid a deposit, it will be refunded after a locker inspection to confirm it is returned in good condition. Any outstanding fees or damages may be deducted.
Locker Return
Ensure you return your locker key or disable app access before contract termination. Remove all belongings prior to final day.
