For home and visiting supporters who require accessible viewing areas, the ground offers wheelchair spaces and designated seating for ambulant disabled fans, ensuring clear sightlines and convenient access. Companion tickets are usually free for essential personal assistants or carers, subject to confirmation of eligibility. To book accessible tickets or discuss specific requirements, supporters are encouraged to contact the Ticket Office directly. Staff are trained to help find the arrangement that works best for you, whether booking in advance or on matchday.

Upon arrival, step-free access is provided from the stadium gates to the relevant stands and accessible areas. The ground features accessible toilets close to the dedicated seating sections, with radar key locking to ensure safety and privacy. If you do not have a radar key, please ask a steward for assistance.

For those travelling by car, a number of blue badge parking spaces are allocated close to the stadium entrance for disabled supporters and their companions. These spaces are limited and in high demand on matchdays, so it is advisable to pre-book your disabled parking space through the Ticket Office as early as possible.

Supporters who need additional help—such as assistance from club staff on arrival or access to sensory rooms, where available—should reach out to the club’s Disability Liaison Officer before the match. Assistance dogs are welcome provided advanced notice is given.
